Out of town and had an emergency dental situation. Samantha booked me for the following day. Dr. Suvidha Khatri attended my needs with concern, kindness, and professionalism. She took care of me, exceedingly well. Her kindness will never be forgotten. UCMD....two thumbs up. I highly recommend. Update: 6/2/2025 Before i returned to Dallas Texas, Dr. Khatri and her team made partials for me. Once I was home, a few weeks later, I needed some minor adjustments. I trusted no one but Dr. Khatri. I flew back to California and Dr. Khatri completed the job. I've had many dentist in my 76 years and she is the best off all. She's thoughtful, kind and considerate. She captured my heart. The stall is great. Thank you Sam and Muhammad. My return flight to Dallas Texas will be bittersweet. Dr Suvidha Khatri, you're the best. 💖💜

Today I visited Modern Dentistry in Union City. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment and how professional and friendly the staff was. All the staff. Sam greeted me and checked me in. She helped me setup my profile on my chart app. That way all of my information and my appointments are easily accessible for future visits. I had needed a tooth extraction for the past few months and with my HMO insurance limits where I can receive treatment. I am picky where I receive treatment. I need to feel a sense of safety and establish trust. This dental office and staff exceeded my expectations. I learned so much about my care for the day and what my future plan will be. Technology was up to date. I had never seen those type of machines before. My X-rays were so clear. Doctor K. was patient and gentle during the examination. She walked me through possibilities of saving my tooth and what risks I would take if I kept the tooth. I really appreciated her taking the time to talk with me about possibilities. She really considered my feelings and boundaries. What really impressed me was how she treated her staff. Made me want to apply. Mohammad did my X-rays and assisted Doctor K. with my extraction . Mohammad asked open ended questions to learn what led me to their office. He then explained the process of what was coming next. He was so kind and explained where the health of my gums were. But he also mentioned that a full exam would give me more knowledge of where my oral health stands. I have found my new dentist! Thank You so much for making my first visit a smooth one.

For the first time in my life I didn’t mind going to the dentist. This office has all the latest up to date equipment and I was able to get almost all of my dental work done in one visit. Everything is done in house so the turn around for crowns don’t take weeks but a matter of hours. I especially was thrilled that taking a mold of my mouth wasn’t required they used scans and they fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new dentist office.
